We regularly plan fully arranged and guided trips to take care of everything — before, during and after an event. Our dealers, croupiers and game hosts are no strangers to the poker world. They know the game at the table, know the rooms and help beginners and experienced players get the most out of the trip.
Every trip has a human trip guide as the personal point of contact. Floor and our smart tools support information, translation and overview, but Pokermon is not an AI forum: people handle follow-up, bookings and exceptions.
